2. Services
Excellence Premier Auto Repair LLC provides automotive repair, maintenance, diagnostics, body restoration, tyre solutions, and detailing services. All services are subject to availability and may vary based on vehicle condition, parts availability, and scheduling.
3. Estimates & Quotations
- All estimates and quotations provided are indicative and non-binding.
- Final costs may vary based on the actual condition of the vehicle upon inspection.
- Any additional work beyond the original scope will require customer approval before proceeding.
- We reserve the right to revise quotations if parts prices change or additional issues are discovered during service.
4. Payment Terms
- Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- We accept cash, bank transfers, and major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard) processed securely through Network International.
- All prices are quoted in UAE Dirhams (AED) and are inclusive of applicable VAT as per UAE regulations.
- We do not store your credit or debit card information on our systems. All card transactions are processed through a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway.
By making a payment through our website or at our premises, you agree to the processing of your transaction by our payment partner, Network International.
5. Refund & Cancellation Policy
- Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of service completion and are subject to management review.
- Approved refunds for card payments will be credited back to the original payment method within 14 business days.
- Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled by contacting us at least 24 hours in advance.
- No refunds will be issued for services that have been fully completed and accepted by the customer.
- In cases of disputed charges, customers should contact us directly to resolve the matter before initiating a chargeback.
6. Vehicle Custody & Liability
- Vehicles left at our facility are kept with reasonable care during the service period.
- EPAR is not liable for loss or damage to personal belongings left inside the vehicle.
- Customers must collect their vehicles within 3 days of service completion notification. Vehicles not collected within 14 days may incur storage charges.
- EPAR is not responsible for pre-existing damage or mechanical issues not related to the services performed.
7. Warranty on Repairs
- Warranty terms vary by service type and will be communicated at the time of service.
- Warranty covers defects in workmanship and parts supplied by EPAR.
- Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear.
- Claims must be made within the warranty period by contacting us directly.
8. Customer Responsibilities
- Customers must provide accurate vehicle and contact information.
- Customers must disclose all known issues and relevant vehicle history.
- Customers are responsible for timely collection of their vehicles after service.
- Customers must not use our website for any unlawful purpose or in a way that infringes the rights of others.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, logos, graphics, and design, is the property of Excellence Premier Auto Repair LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use of any content is prohibited without our prior written consent.
10. Disclaimer

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
